Lumino Solution provides AI-powered customer segmentation and analytics services for Shopify merchants. Our Service includes:
- K-means clustering analysis of customer data
- AI-generated insights and strategies for customer segments
- Advanced analytics dashboards and visualizations
- Customer segment export and download capabilities
- Integration with Shopify stores for data processing
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Have a valid Shopify store with administrative access
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Our Service is offered through various subscription tiers based on your store's monthly order volume. Pricing and features for each tier are displayed on our pricing page.
4.2 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have access to partial features of your selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
4.3 Billing and Payment
- Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- Plan tiers are automatically adjusted with your approval based on your store's order volume
4.4 No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may continue to use the Service for the remainder of your paid subscription period after cancellation. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans and any additional services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Use the Service to compete with or develop competing products
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Access or use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities
6. Data Processing and Privacy
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You retain ownership of your store data and customer information. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
7.3 Generated Insights
The AI-generated insights, analytics, and recommendations produced by our Service are provided for your business use. You may use these insights to improve your business operations and marketing strategies.
8. Service Availability and Support
8.1 Service Level
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8.2 Support
Support response times vary by subscription tier:
- Starter Plan: Basic support (1 week response)
- Growth Plan: Priority support (72h response)
- Scale Plan: Premium support (48h response)
- Performance Plan: Gold support (24h response)
- Enterprise Plan: Platinum support (12h response)
- Elite Plan: Dedicated support manager
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel or by the app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Pose a security risk to our Service or other users
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data after a 90-day retention period.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumino Solution from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
